Free Wills Clinic in Georgetown County
The Center for Heirs’ Property® (CHP), with support from the Frances P. Bunnelle Foundation, is hosting a Free Wills Clinic for Georgetown County residents.
A will is an important tool for protecting what you have worked for and making your wishes clear for the next generation. At this clinic, eligible participants will have the opportunity to meet with an attorney to draft and complete a Simple Will, helping families take an important step toward protecting their homes, land, and legacy.

How to Participate
Appointments are required. No walk-ins will be accepted. To schedule an appointment with an attorney, call (843) 745-7055.
Participants will work with an attorney to draft and complete a Simple Will during the clinic.
