Join us for a Free Wills Clinic in Charleston County on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at the Town of James Island Town Hall at 1122 Dills Bluff Road, Charleston, SC 29412 at 10:00 AM!

No walk-ins are accepted! You MUST call us at (843) 745-7055 to make an appointment to draft and complete your Simple Will.

The Center for Heirs’ Property® provides wills clinics as a result of funding provided by: the Mary Reynolds Babcock Foundation, the Francis P. Bunnelle Foundation, the Coastal Community Foundation, the Gaylord & Dorothy Donnelley Foundation, the SC Bar Foundation, the Surdna Foundation, USDA National Institute of Food & Agriculture, and the US Endowment for Forestry & Communities.
