Tish Lynn has lived in Charleston since 1980. She is a graduate of Smith College and has taught high school French and Art History; worked in drug rehabilitation with Odyssey House, Inc. in New York; was a freelance writer in Spain, Morocco and in the U.S.; managed the Virginia Fouche Bolton Art Gallery in Charleston; served as

Director of Marketing and Communications for Coastal Community Foundation, Director of Development for the Coastal Conservation League and joined the Center for Heirs’ Property Preservation in 2010 as Resource Development Coordinator.

Tish has also served on the boards of My Sister’s House, The Charleston Ballet and Art Forms and Theatre Concepts, and has performed in numerous productions with the Dock Street Theatre, the Footlight Players, PURE Theatre and was Playwright-in-Residence at the Footlight Players with a grant from the Dubose Heyward Foundation.
