Community Outreach Coordinator
Jasmine was born and raised in San Angelo, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, followed by a Master of Human Relations at the University of Oklahoma. During her time in Oklahoma, Jasmine fell in love with working for nonprofit organizations as an Outreach Coordinator helping to educate the community on child sexual abuse.
Since then, Jasmine has had various opportunities to educate and build awareness on domestic violence, bullying and suicide in multiple communities in Texas and South Carolina.
Ultimately, Jasmine decided that it was time to move closer to family and start a new adventure in Charleston, SC. She brought with her a real passion for helping the community and hopes to bring her insight and knowledge of outreach to the Center. She is delighted to have the opportunity to be a part of such important work and to advance the Center’s expansion into new counties since joining the team in February 2017.
