Giving Today

In the Lowcountry, land is important as a place of historical meaning and memory that provides continuity and identity across generations. A place where oral traditions have established identity; defined community and provided pathways forward.

Help us help heirs' property owners protect family land and preserve the unique cultural heritage of the Lowcountry by making a gift of $25, $50, $100 or more to help:

  • Conduct an educational seminar ($800)
  • Conduct a Wills Clinic ($1,500)
  • Fund a family's title search ($500)
  • And MORE....

Giving Forward
Join our "Heir-itage Society" - Where there's a will...there's a way

The Center requires all of its clients to draft Last Will and Testaments to help prevent the growth of heirs' property.

What better way for you to support us - then to make a bequest in your own will today?

Join the Center's "Heir-itage Society" through your legacy gift. Consult your financial advisor and please let us know about your bequest so that others may be inspired by your generous act of "giving forward." Contact Tish Lynn regarding the many ways you can give to the Center at 745-7055 or by e-mail: tlynn@heirsproperty.org.
