Get Involved » Volunteer

Volunteers are integral to the work of the Center. The Center works to build effective, innovate delivery models to attract professionals and lay volunteers who are willing to contribute their time and talent to help low-income heirs' property owners. What types of services can volunteers perform?

Group AttorneysPrivate Attorneys can assist with drafting wills in our Wills Clinics, act as presenters at CLE training events, and serve as mediators or Guardian ad Litems.

 

 

Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and Legal Secretaries can assist by conducting intake eligibility screening at our Wills Clinics.

CSOL StudentLaw and Paralegal Students have many opportunities to volunteer by drafting documents,
attending trials, participating in interviews, working on various aspects of probate and real property, conducting legal research, preparing or responding to motions and briefs and serving as Will preparers, witnesses and notaries at our Wills Clinics.
